* Delivery Arrangement*
– Delivery time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (depending on the region)
- Free of charge (except for remote areas/village houses/tenement buildings)
– Hospital delivery service provision (if still recuperating in hospital)

* Delivery Process*
- For users of thermos kettles: daily rotation, new soup will be given and old kettle will be returned
– Please pour out the soup residue and rinse it briefly before recycling
- If you fail to receive the goods within the designated time, the soup will be deemed cancelled and no replacement will be provided

* Storage and Serving Advice*
- For non-immediate consumption: Please cool and refrigerate (the thermos needs to be transferred to other container)
– Please heat to the appropriate temperature before drinking
- On the last day, you will automatically switch to using disposable soup cups
