(c) You acknowledge and agree that only valid QR codes (hereinafter referred to as "Product e-Vouchers") will be stored in your account. Accordingly, all Product e-Vouchers will be deleted from your account immediately upon expiration. You agree that Ms. Lo Soup will not be responsible or liable for any expired Product e-Vouchers.
(d) You agree that you are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential and that they must not be disclosed to any third party or misused by others. If you discover any unusual activity in your account, please notify Ms. Lo Soup.
(e) You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all activities in your customer account and that Ms. Lo Soup is not responsible. You will also bear all legal responsibilities or liability for any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a result of such activities, including but not limited to loss or damage caused by loss of your customer account password/electronic product and loss of product e-voucher, or unauthorized use of your customer account or theft of your customer account.
(f) You are required to update your login password from time to time (in any case, not exceeding 6 months).
(g) Ms. Lo Soup has the absolute discretion to refuse or terminate (whether temporarily or permanently) any person’s access to or use of the online shopping and/or its related functions or services (including but not limited to product forwarding function, automatic re-email service) at any time without giving any reason.
(h) In case of any dispute, the decision of Ms. Lo Soup shall be final, effective and binding upon you.
4.2 If there are any changes to your registered information, you can log in to your account to update it.
4.3 If your account has not been used or has no transaction history for a specified period of time (currently 3 years), you agree that Ms. Lo Soup reserves the right to deactivate it for your protection. If you wish to shop on our website again, you will need to create a new account.

5. Online Shopping
5.1 When you access this website to make an online purchase, you will be required to provide your name, mobile phone number, and email address to create an account and log in to complete the purchase process. Upon successful completion of the purchase, Ms. Lo Soup will send a notification email to the email address you provided, and Ms. Lo Soup will use the phone number you provided for contact purposes. If you provide a phone number belonging to someone else, you must ensure that you have the consent of the person providing such information. 5.2 Your order placed on this Website is subject to acceptance and confirmation by Ms. Lo Soup before it is finalized. Once an online order is confirmed, you cannot cancel, return or change the ordered items. You also acknowledge and agree that Ms. Lo Soup will not provide refunds.

6. Use of e-vouchers
6.1 You acknowledge and agree that: (a) all product e-vouchers in your customer account are only redeemable for the relevant products and quantities in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; and (b) the product e-vouchers are subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
6.2 You acknowledge and agree that Ms. Lo Soup's legal liability is limited to the relevant products and quantities redeemed by the valid e-vouchers in your account.
6.3 You may not (a) store the Product E-Voucher in any data retrieval system other than this Website; (b) reproduce, copy, alter or publish the Product E-Voucher in any form or by any means; or (c) misuse the Product E-Voucher. Any of the foregoing actions constitutes a violation of the Product E-Voucher Terms and Conditions and may result in the rejection or cancellation of the relevant Product E-Voucher. You will be solely responsible for any and all consequences, losses and/or damages incurred. Ms. Lo Soup will not be held responsible or liable for any legal liability whatsoever.
6.4 You acknowledge and agree that Ms. Lo Soup will not bear any risk in relation to your account and/or product e-voucher, except for any negligence, fault, fraud or dishonesty on the part of Ms. Lo Soup.

7. Product Information and Prices
7.1 Ms. Lo Soup may update the product information and prices on this Website from time to time. All product information and prices are subject to the time of Ms. Lo Soup confirming the order.

9. Delivery
9.1 Free delivery service is available for purchase of selected products.
9.2 Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses. Please refer to this website for details of the service area.
9.3 Delivery service is not available to non-fixed addresses, restricted areas, outlying islands, warehouses, or locations where delivery via stairs is not possible and requires access via a balcony.
9.4 Once you have submitted your order through this website, you will receive an email notification if your order has been accepted by Ms. Lo Soup.
9.5 Ms. Lo Soup will not provide delivery service if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted.
9.6 If you fail to receive your ordered products due to failure to show up at the agreed delivery appointment or due to you providing an inaccurate address, Ms. Lo Soup reserves the right to charge you additional delivery fees for subsequent delivery appointments.
9.7 All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. Ms. Lo Soup will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delivery delays. For pre-order delivery, please refer to the estimated delivery date provided on the product page.
9.8 In case of any dispute, Ms. Lo Soup's decision shall be final, effective and binding upon you.

10. Returns or Refunds
10.1 For special reasons, postpartum meal/soup service orders may be cancelled by contacting us two months before the due date/start date of meal delivery (whichever comes first). A full refund will be made after deduction of an administrative fee $500.
10.2 No refunds will be accepted for other products.
10.3 No shipping costs will be refunded.
10.4 All discounted, opened, used or damaged items are not eligible for exchange/return/refund.
