This time, we have specially invited Ivy, a registered nurse (RN) and prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor, to explain pelvic floor muscle exercises during pregnancy.
Here are three yoga breathing exercises suitable for the second and third trimesters to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.
Practicing for 10-15 minutes daily can not only improve urinary incontinence during pregnancy, but also enhance strength and control during childbirth.
