Refund/Exchange Terms and Conditions

*Refund and Return Policy:*

– In case of unpleasant incidents or special reasons, meal/soup orders can be cancelled by contacting us 2 months before the due date or the start of delivery (whichever is earlier). Fully refunded after an administrative fee of HK$500

- Cancellation requests made less than two months before the delivery date will be handled on a case-by-case basis, will be independently assessed and handled by our Customer Service Department. Refunds are not guaranteed.

– Once the service starts (i.e. the first day of delivery), no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

- No refunds will be given for other products.

– No shipping charges will be refunded.

- All discounted, opened, used or damaged items are not eligible for exchange/return/refund.

– Refund/return processing takes one to two weeks from the date of notification. Customer Service will notify you of the details once the process is completed.
